EPC91122 – 28 A Peak 3-Phase Motor Drive Inverter Evaluation Board
The EPC91122 evaluation board is a 3-phase BLDC motor drive inverter board featuring the EPC33110 three-phase co-packaged module that integrates three monolithic gallium nitride (GaN) half-bridges, each featuring integrated gate drivers, bootstrap circuits, and level shifters. The EPC91122 can deliver up to 20 ARMS (28 Apk). The form factor is optimized for the small joints of humanoid robots and other space-constrained motor drive applications.
The EPC91122 contains all the necessary critical functions circuits to support a complete motor drive inverter, including a microcontroller, motor shaft angular sensor, regulated auxiliary power rails for housekeeping supplies, voltage sense, accurate current sense, and protection functions.
Additional functions such as RS485 interface and Jtag connector for programming tools are included on the board.
